On February 20, 2024, the partner of NMF celebrated a small event to mark 76th Chin National Day inside Myanmar . This annual event serves as a testament to the Chin people’s rich cultural heritage and identity while advocating for their rights and fostering unity within the community.  

The highlight of the day was a solidarity activity , where participants passionately voiced calls for freedom and human rights. By amplifying the Chin people’s aspirations for justice and autonomy, this memorial day contributed significantly to ongoing efforts to advance human rights and democracy in Myanmar, marking a pivotal moment in the collective journey toward equality and justice for the Chin community.
