Sewing Machine Training Batch 4 (May 2 to May 7, 2022)

With the support of Australia Embassy, the New Myanmar Foundation (NMF) and its partner, Women Lead Resource Center (WLRC), conducted the Sewing Machine Training Batch 2 from May 2 to May 7, 2022, with 10 participants (7 males and 3 females) attending the free Basic Motorized Sewing Course. The training covered essential sewing skills as well as critical topics such as human rights, migrant worker rights, women’s rights, Thailand Labor Law, government departments related to Thai workers, and common problems between employers and workers and ways to solve them. After completing the training, all 10 participants successfully entered the workplace.
