Gender Based Violence (GBV) Campaign (July 15, 2022)

On July 15, 2022, the New Myanmar Foundation (NMF) and its partner, the Women Lead Resource Center (WLRC), conducted a Gender Based Violence (GBV) Campaign in Thailand, advocating for equal rights for migrant women. The campaign aimed to raise awareness about the issues of GBV and to promote gender equality among migrant communities. 

The campaign was attended by 10 participants, who engaged in discussions and activities to empower and educate them about their rights. The campaign highlighted the importance of addressing GBV and providing support to survivors, reflecting NMF and WLRC’s commitment to creating a safer and more equitable environment for migrant women in Thailand.
